Once an email confirmation is sent to the customer regarding payment for this package, one of our technicians will make contact with the customer within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
Enhanced Phone Support: This support package allows the customer to have a personal contact
with our technicians. In order to consume basic phone support you can
either call directly or send an email to support@voipgorilla.com With
this support package there is a 24 hour response. Once an email
confirmation is sent to the customer regarding payment for this
package, one of our technicians will make contact with the customer
within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
Premium Phone Support:
This support package allows the customer to have a personal contact
with our technicians. In order to consume basic phone support you can
either call directly or send an email to support@voipgorilla.com With
this support package there is a 6 hour response. Once an email
confirmation is sent to the customer regarding payment for this
package, one of our technicians will make contact with the customer
within 6 hours to resolve the issue.
**Technical Support Policy: The customer may contact VoIP Gorilla for technical support even if the original purchase was made from another source. VoIP Gorila has the right to deny any support request deemed un-fit for support. The customer will receive support throughout the entirety of the problem or until a VoIP Gorilla technician feels that resolution has occurred. VoIP Gorilla reserves the right to stop any support package in process due to improper customer etiquette. The response times listed above are for business hours only and do not qualify for weekends or holidays. Business hours are set Monday through Friday 9am-6pm.
